ICSI Supply Third 150 Series System to Baileys Fertilisers

Building on the successful implementation of two 150 Series systems, Baileys Fertilisers again turned to the Innovative Conveying System (ICS) to solve a difficult conveying problem that required a granulated fertiliser product to be conveyed from the granulator to a newly installed oven/dryer via multiple vertical and horizontal bends and a 58° incline to a height of approximately 8 metres.
The ICS was selected as there was no other conveying system available to carry the fertiliser to the oven/dryer through the required path whilst occupying a small footprint and without transfer points.
ICSI installed and commissioned this third 150 Series system for Baileys Fertilisers in October 2009.
