RISK-FREE LEASING AVAILABLE

10/8/2010

(AUSTRALIAN MARKET INITIATIVE ONLY)

ICSI is presently offering a risk-free leasing opportunity to design and build a conveying system up to a value of $5m utilising ICSI's proprietary technology without upfront payment.

The offer applies to surface or underground locations.

The rationale behind this initiative is to provide buyers the opportunity to use the system and judge its usefulness before purchasing a full license to operate.

Applications will be considered on the following basis:

  • A temporary license to operate is provided

  • ICSI has the ability to utilise the location as a reference site

  • Key performance indicators that trigger lease payments and/or cost per tonne payments are agreed in advance

  • The application is within Australia

  • In the opinion of ICSI the system has the best opportunity to demonstrate the most benefits of the technology namely:

    • Ascending or descending steep angle incline

    • Negotiating tight radius bends

    • Replaces several or various current systems and/or transfer points

    • Opportunities for back loading of materials (dual supply)

    • Where economies of operating costs are required

    • Potential for environmental benefits

    • An opportunity to replace haul trucks

    • A requirement to navigate contoured ground surfaces

    • Where there is a requirement for safer working conditions

Applicants will be required to cooperate in the collection and dissemination of data on the effectiveness of the system over the traditional mechanism including the identification of key data on pre and post trial operating costs.
