Flexible RoutingThe Innovative Conveying Systems flexible routing ability allows the material to be discharged in a customised, pre-configured path. This alleviates the need for additional equipment to constantly redistribute it. This capability enables the ICS to perform stacking and spreading duties. Additionally, the ability of both the feed unit and the discharge unit to move (independently) while the conveyor is operating enables accurate coordination with equipment at either end. For instance, the feed unit can coordinate with the advance of an excavator or face shovel at the loading end. The discharge unit can coordinate with trucks or it can discharge material directly onto a stockpile, utilising its mobility to form the stockpile or waste dump without requiring additional equipment. |
