The ICS belt conveying system is able to change position while operating at full capacity. For example, the discharge unit of an ICS system installation can travel on top of a waste dump from one end of the dumping face to the other while depositing its material. By employing the mobility and flexibility characteristics of the ICS belt conveying system, it can therefore be made to operate as a stacker.
